We've taken  cookies to a different place. Royal icing has never been my friend!!!   I finally took a cookie decorating class many years ago and discovered the wonderful world of using white chocolate instead... The taste is amazing!!! However, it comes with it's own disadvantage . Some designs are not as easy when using melted chocolate... Although I love decorating cookies by hand, another tool that makes us   unique is our direct to food printer (Bentley)... This allows us to print any image on a cookie....    Logo's, pictures, patterns, text, etc. It's truly been a fun adventure having Bentley in our bakeshop...
